SHIFTLEADER: Gabby GOOD/WEAK CLOSING DUTIES: Good POSITION 1'S:Who was the position 1 and did they do all the duties? If not, what wasnt done and was it documented?  theater 1:Ricardo was P1 and yes all the duties was done, except the silverware about 20 or so pieces were missing.   theater 2: Robyn was P1 and the duties were done except the silverware there was about 15 or 20 pieces missing. theater 3:I was P1 and all the duties were done.  theater 4: Shay was P1 and all the duties were done.  theater 5: Steven was P1 and the duties were done.  theater 6:Ed was P1 and all the duties were done. Server Notes: The night was pretty smooth except for a few arguments and side chats that were happening during the shift. I had worked with Jumanah today and it was little bit of a hassle only because she wasn't listening very well and disappeared a couple of times during our shifts, as well during closing. Bar Notes: I had no problem with bar. I was missing a couple of drinks they helped me out quickly and with no hassle. Support Notes: Support was great tonight THANKS TO DILONE !! Kitchen Notes: food was running late, but they picked up the slack helped me when I needed it. TOP 3: Amber was great with traying up drinks and helping run. Raymond for staying and helping with the rush and Dilone of course having the server support run super smooth. BOTTOM 3: Jumanah just for the lack of listening , Robyn only for the argument in the kitchen because it made it a slower process for other people to get their pizzas and things they were waiting for from the kitchen. This is strictly professional guys, perfect way so everyone can improve in the workplace.

SHIFTLEADER: Jessica GOOD/WEAK CLOSING DUTIES: Will O. took over in theater 6 and didn't do any of his sugar caddies...no big deal POSITION 1'S:Who was the position 1 and did they do all the duties? If not, what wasn't done and was it documented? theater 1: Shay theater 2: Steven theater 3: Jessica theater 4: Gaby theater 5: Robyn theater 6: Will O. Server Notes: Everyone showed up except Jasmime who came in to pick up London and quit. So I took her off the schedule for the rest of the week. I have a few blank spots on the theater assignments that need to be filled in with her name. Also be aware that I have two blanks tomorrow night for Server Support because her and Katherine are not coming in. Bar Notes: Rocked it out of the park tonight. We ran out of a bunch of stuff -- but drinks were out in a great timely manner. Support Notes: I need the push back from everyone on SS to stop. I don't know if there is a way we can get them excited about this position or what. Kitchen Notes: The kitchen rocked it as hard as they could but there were some major issues with ticket times due to the guys not getting there on time. I've also noticed a HUGE issue with the salad station the past few weeks. I know that I'm not the only one that has noticed that the salads and wraps are an issue. Is there a way to fix this? TOP 3: Raymond kicked ass tonight as the server support lead. I am really excited to see him in action when we start getting new bodies in the door and he starts training. The bar was awesome, helping run food and drinks during our rush! :) Love that teamwork! BOTTOM 3: Brian A. argued with everyone about leaving. Him and Doug got into it, him and I got into it, he got into it with everyone. London copped a tude' with me again about having to run drinks from the morning rush. Kinda annoying. Also, Will O., had a mad argue fest with me about server support and how he feels he's the only one that has to do server support every week. I told him to look at the schedule and notice that he is scheduled as many server support shifts as everyone else, only shift leaders don't have to work server support. He fought long and hard with me about it.
